It was whilst watching an episode of Chefs Table: Pastry that I learned about Christina Tosi and her famous Momofuku Milk Bar store. Christina started her bakery empire in 2008 and now has 16 Milk Bar Stores throughout the United States. Do you like chocolate? Do you like cheesecake? How about speckled eggs? I thought so! Then these adorable mini Easter chocolate cheesecakes are just for you. Made up of an Oreo base, a creamy chocolate cheesecake layer and a chocolate curl "birds nest" filled with mini speckled eggs.
