I know these Cheat's Mille Feuille look incredibly fancy, but trust me they are sooo easy to make! I used phyllo pastry (instead of the traditional puff pastry) then filled them with a simple but delicious cream cheese filling and added some fresh fruit. The result is a stunning but surprisingly light dessert! Sprinkling a little sugar on the buttered phyllo pastry not only adds a delicious crunch but also helps to weigh down the delicate sheets of pastry as they bake so that they hold their shape. The creamy filling (made with Lancewood Medium Fat cream cheese and just a...

A Pavlova is always a showstopper, but this Turkish Delight Pavlova is on another level! The filling is made with the new Lancewood Turkish Delight double cream yoghurt which gives it the most beautiful pink colour and dreamy texture, without being too sweet. I've used dried rosebuds, pomegranate rubies and pistachio's to decorate it but you could also use raspberries, rose petals I've shared some tips on how to make the perfect pavlova below. If you like this recipe, try these meringue nests! Tips on making Pavlova: Use the correct size eggs, otherwise the ratio of sugar to eggs will be out.Avoid making...

I just love the simplicity of a self-saucing pudding, and this Granadilla one is my favourite! It's made with Lancewood's Low Fat Granadilla Yoghurt, which adds a delicious fruity tang to the pudding and keeps the batter nice and moist too. It may seem slightly counter-intuitive but making a self-saucing pudding actually involves pouring a sauce on top of your batter before baking. In the oven, the batter rises and the liquid layer sinks to the bottom resulting in a soft and spongy pudding (with a crunchy crust I might add) and a tangy, syrupy sauce at the bottom. I prefer...

If it's an easy dessert you're looking for, it doesn't get much better than this! These Cheat's Créme Brûlée's are made with chocolate and yoghurt, and require no baking! Amazingly, when you add melted chocolate to Lancewood's Plain Double Cream yoghurt it not only sweetens it but creates a creamy, custardy texture. Then just add a flavour of your choice (vanilla, orange or lemon zest, a pinch of cinnamon or dash of liqueur) then top with a crunchy brûléed sugar topping and you have a simple yet sophisticated dessert! I initially tested the recipe with white chocolate (and a splash of...

Crunchy, creamy, salty and sweet - this Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie has it all! I've always loved the combination of peanut butter and chocolate, and this pie is no exception. The filling is made with lots of peanut butter and Lancewood cream cheese, resulting in a rich and creamy texture. With a smooth dark chocolate ganache and crunchy Oreo base, it's ticking all the boxes! I love that this pie is decadent enough to serve when entertaining, but easy enough to make for a weeknight treat (no baking required!). As it's quite rich, just a small slice is enough so...

I absolutely love double cream yoghurt, and enjoy it almost daily for breakfast with fruit and granola. The vanilla flavoured Double Cream yoghurt from Lancewood is sooo thick and creamy, and contains real vanilla seeds -it's my absolute favourite! I planned to use it to make a dessert, but this baked yoghurt with spiced plums could be served as a decadent breakfast or brunch too. The baked yoghurt recipe is just 3 ingredients all whisked together - it couldn't be easier! The only bit of effort required is baking it in a water-bath, which ensures it bakes evenly and doesn't...

These easy Nutella Cheesecake-filled Easter eggs are the perfect centrepiece for your Easter table. They look absolutely stunning and will satisfy even the most serious chocolate craving! They're made by filling Easter egg halves with an Oreo crumb and rich Nutella cheesecake filling. Decorate them with a drizzle of ganache and a variety of Easter eggs and you have yourself a seriously indulgent showstopper of a dessert! These cheesecakes can be made in advance up to the decorating, which I prefer to do just before serving. That's because candy-coated eggs pick up moisture in the fridge which causes them to...

If you love cheesecake and love banoffee pie, this one is for you! This Banoffee Cheesecake has everything you want from a classic Banoffee Pie, but is not quite as sweet  - making it a great grown-up dessert for your next celebration!Banoffee pie is one of my favourite easy desserts when I need a crowd-pleaser in a hurry. It’s that time of year when delicious juicy Cherry Time™ cherries are in season! Just like last year, I was invited to visit the Cherry Time farm in Worcester. We had a short demo on how to correctly pick cherries (each stalk individually by hand!) followed by a stunning picnic lunch in the orchards. After that, there was time to pick as many cherries as we could fit in our baskets (with a few cheeky nibbles inbetween!).While admiring my harvest of juicy plump cherries, I got to thinking how gorgeous they look just as they are. So instead of using...
